Operating Instructions

1. First Use: Lubricate cogs with edible oil.
2. Filling Guidelines: Do not exceed ¾ of capacity; for foods like rice, limit to ½.
3. Securing the Lid: Ensure the exhaust tube is clear, press the lid with your left hand, and rotate the handle with your right until handles align.
4. Cooking: Once steam releases from the exhaust, place the pressure control valve. When the valve rises, lower heat for even cooking.
5. Releasing Pressure: Allow natural cooling or carefully release pressure using the valve (not recommended for liquids).
6. Opening the Lid: Ensure all steam is released, remove the valve, and twist the handle to open the lid.
