Operating Instructions

Directions for Use:

  1. First Use: Apply some edible oil on the cogs for lubrication.
  2. Cooking Food: Do not exceed 3/4 total capacity; for swollen foods like rice, limit to 1/2 capacity.
  3. Preparing for Cooking: Check and clear the exhaust tube, press the lid with your left hand, and turn the handle until the upper and lower handles align.
  4. Heating: Only heat after the lid is properly closed; manage steam and pressure accordingly.
  5. Lowering Pressure: Cool the cooker naturally or use the pressure valve to reduce pressure carefully.
  6. Opening the Lid: Ensure all steam is exhausted before opening; use the lower handle for support.
